Specialty Areas
I use a range of evidence-based therapies to help individuals manage ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma in a way that is personalized and supportive. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps clients recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. For those processing trauma, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) offer structured approaches to reduce the emotional intensity of painful experiences and promote healing. For OCD and related anxiety disorders, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is a highly effective treatment that helps reduce compulsive behaviors by gradually confronting feared situations in a safe and guided way.
Each of these approaches is grounded in research and adapted to your unique goals and symptoms, supporting you in building insight, emotional resilience, and long-term tools for well-being.
